Etang Vallier Resort on the shores of Brossac Lake
Etang Vallier Resort is a unique multi cultrural site well integrated into the local community. A true complex of equipment and services in full development to support the building progress which is bring a new dynamic to the rural countryside. Since we are working as a close local team (literally, home neighbors and co workers since the beginning of the project) we are adding services to keep up with the possibilities, desires and needs of our new owners in the parks surrounding the resort and their guests. This is the perfect opportunity to be part of a French community, since the locals also enjoy access the complex and many local groups enjoy doing activities with our foreign residents (petanque, art classes and more!)
Many of the services are just for on site owners: rental marketing services, online booking services, accounting, key services, home repairs, breakfast and shopping delivery, house sitting... to name a few. However, there are new oncoming services that are and will be open to the public and surrounding visitors, so that the site can remain open year round adding to everyone's enjoyment.
The lake and beach has always been open to the public, in 2008 we added a mini golf and games area which is open to all comers and began renting kayaks and bicycles. In 2009, the bicycle letting program was expanded and we are proud to announce that the quality of the bikes has improved and we have guaranteed availability if booked in advance. These equipments will be joined to the sport centre which will be open to the general public on a membership basis as well. The Sport Centre "The Clubhouse & Spa" will feature upon completion a bar and snackbar, games room, squash court, fitness room with weights and cardio equipment, indoor pool, jacuzzis, sauna, hammam, treatment facilities for beauty and relaxation, and the full service reception and lounge area. Les Pinedes
Etang Vallier was formerly known as the Holiday park at Brossac Lake,originally owned and operated by the municipality of Brossac. There were 25 mini villas and a restaurant on site when Gerard Corluy purchased the park in 2004. His dream is to enjoy the beautiful south charente while building homes and making the park into a true destination in the Charente that everyone can enjoy.

So many people asked, that in 2007 work started on the "Chênes" to offer permanent residences at Etang Vallier - Brossac Lake.
